Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1-2 grass-fed top sirloin steaks
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
For the Vegetables
  • 2 potatoes chopped
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil or ghee
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
Roast Vegetables
  • Toss potatoes, zucchini, and onion with oil and seasoning. Roast until golden and tender.
Season Steak
  • Pat steak dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear Steak
  • Cook in a hot skillet for 3–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
Make Herb Butter
  • Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Spoon over steak.
Rest Steak
  • Let steak rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve
  • Plate steak with roasted vegetables and spoon herb butter on top.
